Academic. Patwardhan is an alumnus of Mangalore and Bangalore Universities and holds postgraduate diplomas in electronics, marketing and sales.
Adventure. Born and brought up in a small village nestled amidst lush green hills of western ghats, the love of nature and wandering in the wild came naturally to him. He has trekked extensively in western ghats and the Himalayas. An avid biker he has done numerous short trips on his bike. Patwardhan and Raghavendra together performed the fastest scooter ride to Mumbai on a TVS Spectra in 2000. They covered the distance of 1053 km in just 15:20 hrs, a record unbeaten so far. That's not all, Patwardhan has completed his Basic Training in Skiing at Manali with an "A" Grading.
Career. A successful entrepreneur, Patwardhan is currently, CEO of Flatsincity.com and HeyDay Builders, Bangalore’s upcoming real estate portal and infrastructure firm. Patwardhan has a rich experience of 13 years in real estate and financial industries. He has a panache for identifying problems and finding the solutions of the same. His deep understanding of the problems faced by property Buyers and sellers motivated him to promote the portal flatsincity.com. The sole purpose of the portal is to ensure transparency and fairness in all real estate transactions. Currently real estate has been branded as a cheating business. Through this portal Patwardhan hopes to start the movement to stop unscrupulous brokers and middlemen and thus get the genuine buyers and sellers a hassle free and transparent transaction.
Academic. A science graduate of Bangalore University and a journalism postgraduate of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication, Mumbai, Raghavendra also holds an advanced diploma in broadcast animation.
Adventure. Raghavendra’s initiation into adventure sports was through a trek in the wilds of the western ghats. The great outdoors kindled his interest and spurred him on the wilderness trails of western ghats, the Himalayas and all the local hills and dales around Bangalore. An adventure sports enthusiast, Raghavendra has qualified Basic and Advance mountaineering course with ‘A’ grade from HMI, Darjeeling. He has cycled to the world’s highest motorable road (Khardung La 18,380 ft asl) in 1993. Later in 1999 he crossed the same road by scooters and in 2002 on motorcycles. He has also done in white water rafting, sea kayaking, parasailing and other adventure activities. An avid biker he has travelled over 50,000 km in India. Raghavendra also has participated in dune bashing and jet skiing activities in Dubai, UAE.
Career. Starting his career as a DTP operator, Raghavendra grew in the publication field to become the Sr. Manager-production in AD-MAG, a leading advertising weekly in Bangalore. But after 5 years in the publication, Raghavendra decided to take a break in career and from December 2001-March 2002 he served as a volunteer English and computer teacher with the Indian Army for their Operation Sadbhavana which was launched to win the hearts of the people of Kashmir.
